About the Trainer

I am a professionally qualified personal trainer with almost 10 years of experience. I currently reading for my bachelors in Sports Science from the University of Lincoln in Malaysia. I am a certified Personal Trainer of the American Council on Exercise, hold an Executive Diploma from the Colombo School of Business and Management (CSBM), and a diploma in Strength and Conditioning from Foundation Institute Ministry of Sports Sri Lanka.
As I am passionate about sharing knowledge. Therefore, I have been a visiting lecturer in CSBM on Strength and Conditioning Coaching since 2019 and published newspaper articles on fitness management during the pregnancy period, and celebrity fitness management, and regularly share my articles on various topics on related subjects.
I have participated more than dozens of workshops and seminars in the field of fitness training and sports management.
As a sports enthusiast, have been a winner and a participant in national-level Wushu Championships.
